FFmpeg¶

The MonitorRTMPStreamer plugin and RTSPDriver ship FFmpeg shared libraries (avcodec, avformat, avutil, swscale, swresample, avfilter, avdevice) obtained via the FFmpeg.GPL NuGet package. These libraries are compiled with GPL- licensed encoders (including libx264).
